redeem code for rocket league doesnt work

hey just a question did u redeem it in the rocket league game app like in the redeem section of rocket league

My problem is similar but, my console just wont let me load up Rocket League at all. It lets me load up any other game and its giving me the error code that doesnt work.

To get an understanding, you were able to access the Direct Digital codes and were able to get them downloaded. The Rocket League code worked once reassociating your account but not the Fortnite one? Thus, the Rocket League was correctly redeemed, and your guess is that the Fortnite token was not redeemed? Or is that you have both in your account available to be uploaded but it is just not appearing in the game?

Also be aware, there is an outage within Xbox services, so if it is affecting your issue, it may be the root cause. If you haven't already you can try:

• Go to Find and redeem your Digital Direct offers | Xbox Support
  
• On the right hand side choose "Contact Us"
  
• Choose "Subscriptions & Billing"
  
• Choose "I can't redeem a code"
  
• Choose your method of contact.

I also have not received my code for rocket league

you dont get redeem codes for credits, if you purchased the credits on your account for rocket league they are tied to the account that purchased them.

you would have needed to transfer money or bought a prepaid code for your lad so he could purchase the credits with his account.
