    Ok I Recently purchased cod aw day zero or day one edition i forgot the name sorry but anyway a season pass code comes with it right I tried to redeem it and it said its already been redeemed ... Is there any way of getting a free one.. oh btw its a first
    hand game its not been used in any way..

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    You'll want to try contacting the retailer you purchased it from for an exchange. If that doesn't work, you'll need to try contacting support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Log out of your account in the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app, then log back into the account you redeemed the game on and see if the issue persists.
