    URGENT!!! Please HELP! Customer support directed me here.

    Bought the Gears Of War Xbox S Edition and redeemed codes but can't download. I Input codes for the GOW4: Ultimate Edition Game and LE Console Pack + Bonus Gear Packs to redeem codes but am not able to download them from anywhere.

    Xbox support says that they show I own the license however I do not see them in games that I am able to download nor do I see them in my order history online. If I go to the online store it only give me an option to buy them.

    When I redeem codes my old email address is listed. I believe this issue is being caused by my "sign-in" email address and the address listed for when I redeem codes do NOT match. The redeem code email shown on my xbox is an old work address and my xbox
    live email address is a current email address.

    This is very frustrating to spend $450 on a console and game and not be able to play. Please HELP!

    How do you access your free copy of Madden in the bundle?

    Purchased the Xbox One Madden bundle. Great value...assuming I can find Madden. Redeemed the code. The Xbox gave me a message that I redeemed the Xbox One bundle. There is no place to download the game for free. Didn't automatically queue up. Still asks me to pay for it when I go to the game in the store. Anyone else have this issue?

    The Error Code was for an incorrect email or password, although this was not the cause of the error. After a short time it began to work as usual.

    While redeeming a code, the page/screen will show you on what Microsoft account the code is being redeemed to. You most likely missed that, and unfortunately redeemed the code to the incorrect account, and those are untransferable to another account. You'd most likely have to purchase the game on the correct account
