Redeem code doesn't work

I purchased my Xbox One with Redeem Code for both Assassin's creed Black Flag and Assassin's Creed Unity. The former one works but the latter doesn't work even though I have tried many times. Who should I contact?

the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

REDEEM CODE DOESN'T WORK ERROR MESSAGE

That's usually the sign of a region issue. What region is your account and what region are you physically in? That game is region locked, so both regions have to match and you have to live in a region where the game is available.

Sorry to hear it. What happens when you try to redeem the latter on the console? Is there an error code and, if so, can you please post it here?

Have you tried redeeming the code on the website?

Finally, please be sure that you're entering the code in properly. Sometimes letters can be mistaken. For instance B can be mistaken for 8 and O for 0.

The order says 'Completed' on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

In the MicroSoft Store it just says buy for $159... No option to download.

I'm on a PC.

Kindly validate the transaction for the game code by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and check if you can see the redemption transaction.

Once confirmed, you just need to install the game through the store but depending on your device. If I may ask, are you on Xbox or PC?
