I'M UNABLE TO REDEEM A CODE FOR GEARS OF WAR 3 THAT I GOT FROM PURCHASING GEARS OF WAR 4.

redeem code not loading

I've just purchased a Fifa 15 redeem code and it doesn't work just keeps coming up with a error message

I purchased and have received and redeemed the codes for the games but seem to be getting an error code trying to redeem the 12 Month Live code.

Any ideas? It just suggests trying again later.

That's usually the sign of a region issue. What region is your account and what region are you physically in? That game is region locked, so both regions have to match and you have to live in a region where the game is available.

yeah same thing with me. im in canada and my gears 3 code does not work. but 1 and and judgement did. i called x box already and they told me to come to the forums. if i dont get it resolved soon i will just call them back again. my response on my x box
says that i have to change my language settings. weird. also i tried that but it still doesnt work.

Try re-entering your account information at
http://commerce.microsoft.com and then try it again. If it still doesn't work, you'll want to post in the Sales and Promotions forum so support can check into it for you.

Sorry to hear about the troubles. Have you tried redeeming the code from both Xbox.com and your Xbox 360 console itself? If not, please try redeeming directly from your Xbox 360. If it doesn't work, please provide us with the error code and/or messages that
pop up so we can investigate further.
