    Redeem code crashed my Xbox One Console


    I have just redeemed my Xbox game pass typing the code in manually on my Xbox console rather than using website. It accepted the code and when I clicked accept terms and conditions, my console crashed! Now I can not redeem my code at all using my console or Microsoft Redeem website.

    Probably your code has been redeemed , this is why is not accepted on the website.
    Are you able to see the game pass subscription active in your console or not yet?

    In the meantime and just in case, check the subscriptions page instead

    How do you. Redeem the code for full game nba2k20

    There is 3 places you can redeem a code for a game.

    The website is my preferred way of redeeming codes as it faster to redeem the code.

    The console it self, takes a little longer to type in the code with a controller.

    Xbox mobile app. This one i do not use myself as i prefer the website.

    Problem redeeming Xbox One codes on Xbox.com

    No error codes. It was redeemed successfully online. However the Xbox One never downloads.

    When I try the same code on the console, it of course says already redeemed. Spoke (Chatted) with a support specialist and they confirmed the code was registered under my ID.

    I am not sure which console you are trying to redeem this code on, so here is some information about how to redeem codes on Xbox 360 and Xbox One:

    Redeem a code on an Xbox 360:

    Settings> Account> Memberships

    Redeem a code on an Xbox One:

    Settings> All settings> Subscriptions> Extend your subscription> Redeem a code
