Redeem code corrupted

Im from saudi arabia, My cod blacks ops 2 redeem code is corrupted/error, is this happen normally? Is their any solution to retrieve it coz i cannot return it, please need your reply team xbox, thanks...

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

does anyone else have a code they are not using.

the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

Try this and see if it works. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Storage or Memory.

Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

Select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes

"The code was damaged or corrupt" and listed letters and numbers that arent supposed to be in codes. (my code was fine) but i cant redeem it on uk or U.S whenever i change my account region (the game was gifted to me by a friend in the U.S)

I need help I bought the code from g2a and I have redeem the code xbox game pass ultimate for 1 month from g2a please somebody help me I'm worried my xbox account will get banned and I can't redeem another code what I bought from gamestop canada I think my account is corrupted what should I do??????

Same for me (from Italy), my friend gifted my card and after I insert my redeem code it changed my Xbox Ultimate account to BT/EE and can't see expiration date; hope Microsoft can help us to return to our normal Xbox account without unauthorized BT/EE account.

If you mean redeeming the code, there are a number of ways to do it, you can redeem on the console, by going to the store, and finding the redeem code option, select it, and type in the code, and then redeem it. You can also redeem the code on the Microsoft
store on Windows 10, by selecting the three dots on the top right next to your gamerpic, then select redeem code, and type in the code and redeem it. or you can redeem the code on the Xbox app on iOS or Android. You can also redeem the code on account.microsoft.com

There should be a code included inside the box that had the console. Then you simply redeem the code from the console and the download of the game should start.
