Redeem BF1 Download Code *HELP*

Hello,

I have received a download code for BF1 (Xbox One Code) and wanted to insert it in order to download the game.

Unfortunately neither the Xbox Store nor the Xbox.com website allowed me to redeem the code.

It also didnt say that the code was wrong it said:

"Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."

In the support threads Microsoft suggests to check wether:

Payment Information is outdated - It is not

Bills are due - There are none due

Subscription is frozen - It is not

I even tried going to the purchasing process of the game and putting the code in the "gift code" box when choosing the payment option but then it says, that the code ist not a gift code.

So I know now, that the code is not a gift code (I knew that before) but that it is a normal serial code - unfortunately I also cant put the serial code in all the different microsoft code redeem boxes.

Can someone help me please out?

Battlefield 1 download code not working.

I have been trying to redeem my code for BF1 for a while now, but no matter where I try to redeem it (be it on my xbox or on the microsoft website) it says "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page."
even though I am following the instructions on the back. My code is an official xbox one full game download card and on the back it says to reddem the code "On Xbox One go to Xbox Store > Games > Use a code and then enter the 25 digit code. You can also redeem
the 25-degit code at xbox.com/redeemcode". I have had a look around but from what I see there aren't many instances of this problem. Can someone please help I just want to play BF1...

 

How to Redeem a Code on Xbox One - QR Code or 25 Character Code

Hey guys! Okay, so you need to figure out how to redeem codes on the Xbox One? Well, there are a few ways of doing this.

1.

• Login to Xbox.com (top right hand side)
• In the top bar, mouse over Xbox Live Gold
• You'll see 'Redeem Code' in the drop down list
• Click 'Redeem' and enter your 25 digit code!

If your code is a game or DLC, it will automatically start downloading once you login to your Xbox, unless you have your Xbox in standby, which will allow it to download right away!

• From the main page of the Xbox One dashboard, scroll to the right to the 'Games' section and select that section -or- If your Kinect is connected, say "Xbox, Use a Code"
• If you have a QR code (that square looking code thing), you can hold it up to your Kinect to redeem it.
• If you have a 25 digit code, in the lower left of the screen, you have the option to "enter the 25-character code." Click that and enter your code. Confirm your code and you're all set!

Your item will automatically download. Enjoy!

2. How many digits is the code? (please do not post the actual code here)

3. Which country do you live in?

4. Which country is your gamertag set for?

1. My cousin bought me the code (he lives in the US and I live in Austria, Europe)

2. The code has the standard 25 digits (I already talked to the Microsoft support staff and there is NO problem with my account and NO problem with the key - they checked both)

3. I live in Austria, Europe

4. in my Gamertag I put Austria and also my Microsoft Account is set to Austria aswell as my Billing Address
