I verified that I was logged into the correct account when I entered the code and also it was the same account I am logged into on the Xbox console.

I entered the code two days ago and it has not showed up in my games yet. I just checked my library and it is not there either. Any other suggestions?

To add to what my colleague said you will want to make sure the account that your were signed into when you inputted the code is the same account that you are on the Xbox console.

Basically when a code is entered in on the website the license for that game or whatever the code is for goes onto the account that was signed in on the website.

Once you sign in with any account that has digital licenses like this on the Xbox console any games that they own will automatically show up in the ready to install section on the Xbox console.

Congrats on your new purchase! As you redeem this code, the game will be handed off to your Xbox where it will begin installing granted you have "Instant-on" mode on, and your Xbox has enough storage. If this has not started downloading, the game will end
