Redeem Alan Wake code bundle with Quantum Break always getting error

Hi,

I have purchase Quantum Break Disc which has the Alan wake game bundle with it in Singapore. However, when I use the code to redeem the Alan wake game. It is always pop up error and ask me to seek Microsoft support for this. Please help. Thanks

Alan Wake

Purchased the Quantum Break / Alan Wake bundle and the alan wake code doesn't work. I put in the code and it says I need to redeem the code on another website. How do I get the code to work on my Xbox One?

Hey, DumberFlower! Sometimes that error code appears when the region on the website isn't the same as your account's region. Can you try another browser, please? IE tends to be a little more forgiving with the regions than say Chrome or Firefox. Let us
know if that works!
