    Purchased Age of Empires, trying to redeem a code, I get this error: Code not found. Try re-entering it. If that doesn't work, contact the merchant.

    If this appeared when trying to redeem on the AOE website, you would have to contact the Age Of Empires support, as well the store where you purchase the code Andy. :/

    Because in order for you to redeem it with Microsoft, you would have to redeem it first on the AOE website. :/
