    I'm sitting on this too. 100 minute estimated wait. Also waiting in chat -- all three other codes worked as others have said. Just not the actual a game download which is the only one that matters.

    Could not wait to get outta work and play AW on my new console. So annoyed with microsoft for this whole mess. Guys can you make sure and post on here if you find a workaround. Ill make sure to do the same. Cheers

    Same problem - Preordered/prepurchased and the collected x1 AW Bundle today - cant play !!!!! Why dont they just put hard copy in with the bundle!?? FRUSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    Just got out of chat, and was told to wait 24 Hours while they work on it, and if it's still not working, to contact them again. Sucks to wait 90 minutes in line in chat, just to be told to wait, when I should have just bought a regular X1 and a hard copy.

    Based on the card in the box it's looking like they did NOT give us the Day Zero version of the game. It doesn't list the two Day Zero bonus downloads anywhere on the card. Not very happy about that!

    @StormRaging When I redeemed the code for the Advanced Arsenal on my X1 it also say "AA + DZ" which it does give Day Zero, that's how its bundled.
