    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    does anyone else have a code they are not using.

    the codes i had yesterday would not work. i assume you simply redeem them on the marketplace "redeem code" section

    this is not good service at all... just bought the advanced warfare x1 today and cannot play it at all... says it canot find my code or game...

    Sorry, I can't find any information on that code. Can you try sending a message to @xboxsupport on Twitter or contact phone support for your region?

    Getting the same thing, brand new X1 AW Bundle, and game code doesn't work, but all the other codes do. Says that the "Code can't be found" wondering if it has to do with the service issue for the 14 day trial.

    same problem. brand new x1 aw bundle, says code not found, but the other 3 codes worked fine

    Glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem. All 3 codes worked besides the one for the game itself. Says it cannot find my code like it doesn't even exist............

    has anybody been able to get ahold of support to see what the heck they're doing to fix this? this was supposed to be an early xmas gift for my hubby and i gotta tell ya, he is pixxed off!
