    It's working for me. You may want to try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.

    No idea, and from what I've seen on the website (when it decides to load) there doesn't appear to be a form for redeeming your 'Founder' code (at least, not yet anyway).

    If I understand correctly, you redeemed a V-bucks card through Fortnite's website but you are getting an infinite loading screen when trying to redeem the 25-digit code through Xbox. Would that be correct?

    If that's correct, may I ask where are you trying to redeem the code? is this happening on your son's console or the website at ( https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem )?

    Try redeeming the code on the Xbox Live website. Login to the Xbox website, then go to view profile, then click redeem code.

    yea sure when i would redeem the code it would say that the code isnt found is there any other way to solve that?
    The region of the code matches the region of your account right? If it doesn't then that can sometimes make it say the code isnt found.
