redeem a code,it appeared be used

i brought gear of war 4,give me 4 codes for 1-3andjudgement.when i redeemed them,i`ve got gear of war 1&2&judgemen(3 codes are redeemed successful),(but the code for geow 3) when i redeem the code,it appeared it be used.

2 games which came with hard drive won't download,

redeem code used but not appeared now says this code has been used

Gears of War 2 Didn't Appear in My Games

Hi, I redeemed codes and all of it appeared in my games but GeoW 2 didn't. When I try to redeem again it says that code is already used. How can i get my GeoW 2?

What message appears to you when trying to use the other codes? And a code when redeeming appeared the message that the code has already been used?

Yes. Unfortunately, Microsoft support is not capable of assisting with redeemed codes, William.
If no track of the redeemed code appears in any of the accounts, this means the code was redeemed on a different one.

Redeem the code using your console the error won't appear if it doesn't resolve contact the seller from where you purchase the code
