I have been saving by Bing points for many months in order to redeem the 12 months xbox live gold for 23,000 and i finally reached that goal. When I went to redeem it, the cost of the 12 months went up to 29,000 and it was still 23,000 just yesterday. I opened
a ticket to see if you can please honor the 23,000 so I can purchase it. My reference number is SR 1433923844.

I did contact customer support, they are the ones who opened the ticket and sent me a link to this forum to open a request for help. They said their cant help people with questions about the Bing points... i am stuck in a circle.

If you contacted support by phone or chat, you did not contact Microsoft Rewards support. Their support can only be contacted via email through the link I sent you.

If you currently have Game Pass Ultimate and attempt to redeem a 12 month Xbox Live Gold code, it will convert to a 3 or 4 month Ultimate subscription. If you want to continue with just Gold for 12 months and not Ultimate, you would have to wait for the
Ultimate to expire before redeeming the regular Gold code.

If you don't currently have Ultimate, then you should have no problem redeeming the 12 months of Gold.

So if I redeem this 12 month xbox live gold now, it will be stacked with my 8 months left? Giving a total of 20 months?

If you redeemed the 12 months of Xbox Live Gold and it was added to your current Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, I am not sure if you will be able to get the 12 months back, if you did not redeem the 12 month Gold code, then simply follow Smwutches'
advice.

Yes the auto renewal is off already. I have the Game pass ultimate until May 25. I already bought a new 12 month xbox live gold card but when I try to redeem the code it says my 12 month
gold will be automatically convert to a 4 months xbox game pass ultimate which I don't want. I want the 12 month of xbox live without the game pass. Do I really have to wait until my xbox game pass expired before I can redeem a new xbox live gold (without
the game pass ultimate)?

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.
