    My Red Xbox elite wireless controller 2, doesn't use batteries, when the xbox button is pressed the Xbox button blinks and few times and then rumbles twice then turns off...it's new, and it only works when it is only plugged-in...Please help me, I've paid $190 for this at the game stop & these guys don't take or refund these things back..they basically tell you move along...sync button has already been tried several times as well...
