    Red Reputation for Xbox One


    I recently received an "Avoid Me" reputation on Xbox One. It showed up after I played a game of Madden and won by a big number. Obviously my reputation is being affected by people who are upset at losing. I am respectful to others, do not cheat, and do not
    wear a mic. Most of the messages I send to others is gg (good game). So I should not have a negative reputation. It is obviously the result of people who are submitting negative feedback for no reason at all. I contacted Xbox support and was told to submit
    a forum post and an investigation will be conducted quickly. I would appreciate some feedback on this and a quick response as this is affecting my being able to play. TIA.

    Issues with the reputation system.

    Hey Dennis.

    I am just an annoyed gamer like you. I have tried everything possible (and then some) to try and havevmy reputation fixed. There is nothing you can do about it except watch your reputation plummet just like me.

    The only thing you can even dispute now are actual bans.. And reputation being red isnt considered a ban (even though it is).

    Ive been red reputation for over a month now. Its the most frustrated ive been with Xbox ever. And ive been playing sonce the original xbox.

    They need to scrap this BS rep system.

    Unfortunately you have been misinformed. To my knowledge, support do not investigate cases due to a rise in a users negative feedback. The rep system on the Xbox One is actually designed to combat unfair player reviews.



    How will you stop people from unfairly manipulating my reputation score?

    The new reputation system is designed to be resilient and to prevent abuse from other users. There are a number of protections put in place to ensure that other users are not unfairly affecting your reputation score.

    I don't do anything against code so there is obviously something wrong with the system. I do not cheat or send derogatory messages so I have not violated any code of conduct. And as far as I can tell, you do not need to submit proof to send in negative feedback
    on another player. So who do I need to talk to about this if this is the wrong place to get this corrected?

    That's the thing I am the Xbox one now and my reputation is now red which is avoid me. Daft and Outsider and now I can't play online at all with my friends.

    The Xbox 360 Reputation does not affect your over all online Matchmaking.

    The Xbox One Reputation system can affect your Matchmaking if you head over to the link below you can see your Rep. If it goes in to the Red your Matchmaking poll will be limited for a period of time but the only way to get it back up is by playing online.
