Red Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition

On 2nd August I pre ordered Red Redemption 2, the pre order comes with promotions one of them is when you pre order, within 7-10 days I will received a message from microsoft in my Xbox message centre with a code for GTA£2,000,000. It has now been 16 days
and I have not received my promotion. I have spoke. With Microsoft support who told me I have to write on here for you to contact me to then get me my promotion... as I have been wiating 16 days already, I expect a prompt response as I keep getting passed
from pillar to post and I a me getting getting rather annoyed now!

I pre order red dead redemption standard edition on the 14th and then cancelled that on the 15th and pre order the special edition then canceled that today and pre order the ultimate edition of red dead redemption 2 and I don have the treasure map dlc

 

Hey there! A couple different people have posted about this around the net. From what I've seen it hasn't been the same issue every time but here are a few ways people managed to get this going.

Some "went onto the the xbox live store and typed in "gta 5" and saw the 500k as an add-on for the game. I clicked on it as if i were buying a game and it just said "get" where the price would be for
a game."

Others said "I actually predownloaded all my red dead stuff, and then the code worked" they had received the code via a Xbox Live message.

Otherwise, I've seen post that claim support has told them Microsoft is aware of the issue and working to fix it but has no ETA.

Hope things get worked out soon though!
