Red pixels

I've noticed lately that when I stay my X1 up and jump straight into a game (any game actually) there is red pixels in certain areas on the screen. For instance, battlefield will have the red pixels in the smoke on the home screen and even on the scope
of my gun during gameplay. This only last for about 30 seconds to a minute but it's annoying. Anybody else have this problem?

Ryse Graphics glitch

The whole game is full of red and blue pixels floating around everywhere and i can't get rid of them. I have tryed to reinstall the game but it didn't do anything. Some please help!

It was quite repetitive.

I think Red Faction Guerilla was overlooked by too many people. Sure, it sold well but it deserved to sell more.

Certainly my favourite game of 2009.

 

When you "stay your X1 up"? Normally I don't call out typos, but I have no idea what you're talking about. Hopefully you aren't saying that you stand up your console on its side like you could with the 360. Because you can't do that with the Xbox One.

I've observed pixel artifacts before caused by an HDMI switch on a 360. Bypassing the switch cleared up the issue. Reseated the cables and it hasn't come back.

If it's not that, it could very well be bad RAM. Bad memory will cause strange pixel artifacts as well. More than one video card I've had has exhibited that behavior before finally dying.

 

@N7 the first post was supposed to be about the SDKS and the update on releasing the GU processing power saved for the kinect.

This one is about what happens when I turn my X1 on. I don't want to have to get it repaired so if it's something small that can be fixed by changing cables. I'm not trying to start another argument. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I have a tiny black pixel on my screen but I know that's the TV itself. The most irritating thing to look at when gaming because I always focus on the black dot at the worst time lol. Hopefully you get your problem sorted

 

I had looked around and found out the their is also a problem with green artifact pixels. However, what I found is when it's green that it's a cable problem but when it's red then it's a failing GPU. So hopefully changing the cables will help
