    Hi,

    I am sorry to hear that your Xbox is broken. Your Xbox won't be replaced for free. You will have to buy a new one at an electronic store or online.

    seankilkenny, could you please clarify "red rings"? Was it 3 Red Flashing Lights on the Console or 4 Red Lights? And in addition, there was a Method of "Re-booting" an Update via a Reset from Start-up, maybe that could help?
