red faction guerrilla remastered does not run on my Xbox One X

Discus and support red faction guerrilla remastered does not run on my Xbox One X in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have tried moving it from external to internal storage, but all I get is a loading screen, then a black screen, then back to the dashboard.     red faction guerrilla remastered does not run on my Xbox One X


    I have tried moving it from external to internal storage, but all I get is a loading screen, then a black screen, then back to the dashboard. HELP! This cost me £17.99!

    I'm sorry to hear that is happening.

    Is there anything you've tried apart from moving it to different storages to troubleshoot the game? Is this the only game having this issue?

    I would suggest to
    uninstall     the game and re-install it. If issue persists afterwards, I would suggest to do a

    Soft Factory Reset     keeping your games and apps.

    Before doing this step keep in mind it does remove the accounts from the Xbox and you will need to sign back in.

    Let make sure you have:

    • Internet Access (The set up requires internet)
    • Microsoft Account information (e-mail & password to sign in)
    Let us know how it goes!
