    So I accidentally purchased red dead online thinking it would add to cart or something instead the purchase went immediately through. My friends had it so I decide to play it anyways after around 4 hours of playing I decided it wasn’t worth my money so I wanted to refund it. I sent a request and after 2 minutes it was immediately denied! I got no reason why it was denied but I’m pi@#$&. I want to know why I can’t and I’d like my cash back please Microsoft haha, I also never received an email that I purchased it? But it does say I have bought it on Microsoft’s website and my bank accounts. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! THANKS!

    even though it does not state it in the terms, which is wrong, they follow steam and epics way of selling, if you purchase a digital game and play for more than 2 hours then you cannot get a refund, so refunds are up to 14 days after purchase or over a certain amount of play time like a lot of other companies, as you played 4 hours = no refund.

    Who requires this is the game developer, in this case, Rockstar and in the product description you can check the information that the online mode is required to access this content.

    Red Dead Online is required to play Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode and access Ultimate Edition Content.

    Looks great. I'm sure the list of remastered requests could keep developers making profits left and right. Red Dead would make that list after the success of Red Dead 2
