Red dead redemption

There is no option to buy red dead redemption for xbox one at a low price with gold membership even though i have one.

Hi!

Every week there are discounts on many games (Deals with Gold), RDR had the low price a few weeks ago, but the same discount is repeated frequently.

 

it is still prompting me to pay 30$ instead of 10$ even though i have xbox gold.

 

In fact, it's back in discount with the
Deals with Gold

 

I get the option to "See the price or buy button" but when I click on that from my console or my web browsers it gives a server error message.



Is anyone else getting this error?

I contacted XBOX support but they are telling me they do not have the ability to duplicate the error because they are not allowed to make purchases with their shared Microsoft account. What of support can they provide if they can't duplicate the error?

I have been a gold member for 13 years I have never had this problem before. I don't have any billing, region, or account issues. I can purchase any other time without issue.

Anyone out there have any input on how to resolve this or getting the same error message as me?
