    Hi all. So I just brought the undead nightmare collection because it includes both the original game and undead nightmare however, it downloaded something but now I don't see any installation for red dead or undead nightmare. Can anyone help. And yes I
    have checked ready to install area and it is not there

    Try hard setting your console and see if the game appears listed under "Ready to Install."

    Okay good to know. But now that problwm has resolved how do i get the games to download? As they are still in appearing in the ready to install section

    Red Dead Redemption undead nightmare collection not downloading

    Once the games are in ready to install, hover over the game and click it. A menu will pop up asking if you want to install the title and warn it may take a long time. Click install and wait for the download to complete.

    Sorry i typed one of the threads wrong. I was meant to say that the games are not appearing in the ready to install section and what i should do about it?

    No idea. Sorry, I thought you said they WERE in ready to install above. If they aren't in ready to install I would call phone support as you may have a license issue that only billing can resolve.

    I had this happen the other day with one of the Xcom BC games and it took overnight for the issue to be fixed, but it did get fixed. At the least they can give a refund so you can purchase it again now that the alert is gone.

    Same problem as OP . The Microsoft people have even removed all evidence of the store page you bought it from, off the xbox.com site. I bought the collection, which was a combo pack, back in 2010. This is why DRM is bad. They just remove stuff you
    own. I can find the purchase history to it, but they removed it from the store.

    Edit to the above. I don't think the " Undead Nightmare Collection" is a stand alone game. Its just a DLC combo pack.. that is now gone. A long time ago, you could buy it for a discount on the DLC. It included the Undead collection, along with some of
    the other major DLC. I don't think it was a standalone game. The collection purchase no longer exists, and you cannot download it in the store. Not even on a 360 console. I went back 6 years to the proof of purchase in account history/ download history,
    but clicking on it brings up a page 404 error/does not exist error. Which means Microsoft removed it. No different than them removing DRM purchases you own. In fact, its not even listed in the store on the 360 anymore. The individual packs are there, but
