    Hi guys,

    I have an Xbox Live Gold subscription (fully paid up!). I am trying to access downloadable content for Red Dead Redemption on XBox One (i downloaded the game last year and have finished the first game). I want to access it to purchase Undead Nightmare. Despite
    being signed in, it keeps telling me I have to sign into XBox Live to access this content. I've signed in and out, turned the XBox on and off, and reset it by holding the power button for ten second. Keep getting the same alert message when I try to access
    downloadable content (or enter the multiplayer option, for that matter).

    Any ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out. Red Dead Redemption 2 is only available on the Xbox One, the original Red Dead however is playable on both consoles.

    Sometimes the backward compatible games do not automatically sign you in to Xbox Live for 360. Try bringing up the 360 guide, and see if you can log in manually from there.
    Where do I bring up the 360 guide?
