    Red dead redemption online error codes 0X2001006 and 0X99350000


    Every time I try to connect it gives me error codes 0x20010006 & 0x99350000. I have followed all of rockstars solutions for the problem. Uninstalled/reinstalled my game, cleared cache, verified ports are open. Power
    cycled modem, many times. NAT is open. I have forced quit and relaunched game and tried reconnecting many times as well. Ive tried a wired connection and a wireless connection. Rockstar's customer service is terrible. I'm on my third open ticket with them
    now. I cant be the only one having these issues as I have read. I spent $100 on this game and feel like I've only gotten half of my money's worth. Is this being addressed at all? Its even out of beta and I STILL get this error?

    Do you think it would be possible to get a full or partial refund? Ive only played 10% of the story mode because i bought it for the online.

    I went to Rockstar Support on twitter and it looks like people are posting similar error codes. They are just advising people to submit a ticket. Sorry I couldnt be of more assistance.

    This has been going on ever since the second week of the rdr online beta and now that its out of beta it also Does the same thing. I have been trying it atleast once a week to no avail.

    I recommend checking Xbox Live status because Xbox Suport did post this on Twitter. And from the replies some people are still affected by this.
