    Red Dead Redemption not playing on my xbox one.


    I bought a new copy of Red Dead Redemption that is clearly marked to play on Xbox 360 and Xbox One console but when I put in the disk to begin installation I get an error stating the game is not playable due to it not being on the backwards compatible
    list. Am I doing something wrong or is it something else?

    I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
    correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.
