    hello I'm coming I'll finish my game after 2 days but the trouble I would say the big problem I run the game as this multiplayer mode and the single player mode the game loads to infinity there is an infinite load you do Xbox live 3 month for nothing
    how I got paid back I'm really rich and I'm really very decent

    I receive no error code at all. It simply loads and keeps loading as if in a infinite loop. I've actually gotten up and left my Xbox on for over an hour just to see if it would finally load and it hasn't. I'm using the on-demand Red Dead Redemption if this
    can help. Not using a disc for it.

    Know issues with RDR2, posted on Reddit by R* dev a while back...

    Hit the Menu button

    Press Up on the D-Pad 3 times

    Tap A 1 time

    Press Right on the D-Pad 1 time

    Tap A 1 time

    This should bring up the Load Save Game screen and let you reload your save file manually.

    I never ran into this but a friend did and this works. Good luck.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If I'm understanding what is going on correctly, when you attempt to launch RDR2 it seems to load indefinitely and doesn't completely launch the game. If this is the case, then what we recommend
    you trying is our
    Xbox One Game Freeze Solution     to troubleshoot and get you back out on the plains dispensing justice.

    Go ahead and try out the troubleshooter and please let us know the results!
