    Red Dead Redemption II


    Good day

    My son installed Red Dead Redemption II on the game pass, played it for about a week or 2 online and then suddenly he got kicked out and since then he couldn't log in again.

    It shows an alert with error code 0x50000006.

    We've restarted the router and even uninstalled and installed it again, but it is still showing the error code.

    Can you please help.
