    So, I recently sold my ps4 and decided to purchase a Samsung Q70r 4k TV along with the Xbox One X and Red Dead Redemption II. I was immediately blown away by how gorgeous the game looked on 4k as well as turning game mode on with all of its visual enhancements.
    But since my first day I've encountered a pretty slow input from my Xbox One controller.

    I have played the base ps4, PS4 Pro, and my PC with my 4k TV. All worked great. However, for some reason my Xbox controller just seems a tad slow when it comes to moving my character in the game. The dualshock 4 bluetooth was lightning fast in comparison
    and this has stumped me. I've tried everything from changing settings on my TV, Game Made, settings on the Xbox One X itself, updating my controller, testing my network etc. The only thing that seemed to work was turning the Xbox to 1080 P which made a slight
    difference. But even then it seems like there is some kind of input lag with my controller.

    The controller I speak of is the white version that came with the Xbox One X console itself. I decided to order a cabled controller to see if it made any difference. Sure enough it was a little faster but still seemed to be slow when it came to movements
    within the game and even the menu/AI of the Xbox itself. Does anyone have ANY ideas as to why this is or what my problem could be. I really do enjoy the Xbox One X as well as RDR2 but I'm really starting to get annoyed with how slow the controller can be when
    playing the game. As much as I love the 4k graphics, it's making me think of possibly returning to PS4 even though I just wish there was a simple fix for this controller issue or some opinions that may help...Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    I've actually tried that among with many other steps from different forums, players, and even called support for my TV and nothing. I have had it work randomly at times. As in I will turn my game on and voila the controller is just peachy and sensitive
    to the touch...then next day or so back to slow mo mode.

    Try performing a hard reset by pressing the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts off completely. Then unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
