    Hello i just buy a copy of rdr2 and after instalation i launch it but the game is blocked in an infinite loading screen when i select the campain mode can anyone help me ?

    Hi there

    So it is just having trouble loading or the does the error appear saying took long to start?. There is also a trying the classic Power Cycle on
    the console after the installing the game.

    Check if the game requires an update, after that if you still get the same issue delete the game and install it again after rebooting your console

    How do i use the undead nightmare pack after i buy it? It shows that i purchased it and downloaded it but will not let me play it. Xbox 360

    Make sure you have Red Dead Redemption installed, then start the game, and it should give you an option whether you want to play Red Dead or Undead Nightmare.

    I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
    correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.
