Red Dead Redemption crashes every time

    Red Dead Redemption crashes every time


    So, I had the digital version of the game and just brought that over to my XB1 from XB360. It kept crashing after i would pick what i wanted to do. I.E. Single player, Multiplayer, or Undead nightmare.

    The game loads up, and then right after i pick what i want to do it starts loading and BAM! crashes and goes back to the home screen.

    I have cleared the cache. I have removed the game. I have removed my profile. I have even purchased a physical copy of the game and nothing works.

    So, if anyone else has any suggestions i would be more than happy to hear them out.

    Thanks for posting! It does look like you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps we would offer, but do you happen to be a member of the Xbox One preview program? Knowing that will help us narrow down the issue.

    Another option you could try is to
    Factory Reset Your Xbox One     using the "keep my games and apps" option. However, since you're part of the Xbox One Preview Program, you'll want to stop by the Preview
    Program forums for further support. Also please be sure to leave feedback through your Xbox One dashboard regarding the issue.
