    Red dead redemption, can't login to Xbox live


    hi there,

    Ive bought red dead redemption today for the Xbox one backwards compatabilty but when I start the game, it signs me out and tells me I need to relogin, so when I do that it gives me an error saying

    "Sorry, Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. try again later. 8015190A"

    I've tried everything now but nothing seems to be working.

    WHAT CAN I DO???

    I have the same issue! Specifically on red dead redemption. It keepsseems saying "sorry xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 800704DC"

    Same thing is happening to me. I played it for several hours earlier today with no problems.

    Hi!

    If you still encounter this issue kindly try the steps below.

    Go to Settings > All Settings > System > Storage > Clear Local Xbox 360 Storage

    hit me up if this works!

    Hey Tha Doug -

    In addition to what KristianGrey suggested, could you please check and make sure that your Xbox Live account region matches the region you are physically located in? Region mis-matches can sometimes causes issues with regard to Xbox Live accounts and games.
    For this reason it's highly recommend that your account is set to the same region that you are physically located in. If you are not sure how to do that, we have a guide on

    Give those a try and see if either step helps. Let us know how that goes. Red dead redemption, can't login to Xbox live :)

    Hi there guys,

    I actually haven't tried any of these because when i tried it again this morning, it worked! I think it must have been a server issue? Anyway, thanks a lot for the help guys!

    I am having the same issue except my code reads 8007045D. I have tried all the answers given above and they didn't work. It gets to about 75% completed when I get the error code.

    I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
