    Red Dead Redemption Backwards Compatibility Not Working


    I am trying to play Red Dead Redemption on my Xbox S Series. When i open the game, it says, "getting your Xbox 360 info..." Then a screen pops up that says "A problem occurred while signing in. Please try again. I the problem persists, visit xbox.com/support."

    I have tried turning it off and on again, and signing out and signing back in. I am not having issues with any other games. My system is connected to the internet.

    Just spent 40 minutes on the phone with xbox support. They told me to rest my console which did not fix the problem either.

    Is RDR1 for xbox360 x1x enhanced by update?

    1. Yes. Since the game is backwards compatible it'll work on a Series X.

    2. Not all backwards compatible games have an enhanced update, but the Red Dead Redemption does.

    Red Dead Redemption. Even though the game is backwards compatible I would purchase a DLC if they remastered it.
