Red Dead Redemption 2

hi, I have spoke. To two different Microsoft support staff who advised me to create a post on here and I will get a response from you immediately. I already created one his morning but have not had a reply so an trying again...

I have not received the promotions which I was due to receive within 7-10 days of the preorder of Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition, please can you fix this and get these sent to me as it has now been 18 days since I pre ordered and have only been
fobbed off thus far!!

[/quote]Red Dead Redemption is the spiritual successor to 2004's Red Dead Revolver. To say Red Dead Revolver is part 1 and Red Dead Redemption is part 2, is rhetoric. Otherwise it would have been titled Red Dead Revolver 2

Im having the same issue! Ive checked my emails, every message on my microsoft account and obivously exshauted all options in the xbox menu and store and nothing has lead me to a message with a “code” or an add on in the store? A reddit form was the most
helpful but it seems they actually have received a code somehow

 

I had the same issue with my preorder for the game. I contacted Rockstar Games and they mentioned that it will take 7-10 business days after the game has officially launched. Sad.

 

Are you serious? The 2 mil was supposed to tide us over until the gsme came out this kind of defeats the purpose.. why is no one talking about this? Ive seen some xbox users say they got theirs in a couple of days so this cant be accurate
