Red Dead Redemption 2 not installing and stuck on a percentage

Hello mastertrollZz, your console is connected by wi-fi or network cable, have you tried any procedure in the console how to pause the installation, restart the console and resume installation?

Your internal HARD drive has enough free space to install the game, sometimes xbox may have an available space but some cache has not been removed from the console and a cache cleanup is required.

1. Go to xbox press and hold the XBOX power button on your console for 10 seconds until it turns off

2. Wait 10 seconds for it to turn off

3. Wait 1 minute with it off

4. Turn it back on

Hello again, i don't know what Xbox One model you're in, if you're in the next generation and have games in quick resume, remove them.

Also try to do a reset on the console by keeping games and Apps, it may be that some file is still hindering the initiation of the game.

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

Select system > system > console > system

Select Reset console.

Restore and maintain my games and apps.

Heya, so I did the cache cleanup and then it installed completely so I thank you for that. However now when I try to load up the game, it just shows a blue screen for a bit before then eventually going back to the home screen.

I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.

Are you sure that you purchased the full Red Dead Redemption 2 and not just the Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode. If you purchased the Story Mode, then you need to own Red Dead Online in order to play it. Story Mode is just DLC for Red Dead Online and cannot be played or installed without Red Dead Online.
