    Eu ja tentei limpar o disco de varias formas, já tentei reinstalar o jogo mas sempre acaba com o jogo parando de instalar em 42%. O jogo pede para eu mudar para o disco 1, e quando eu coloco o disco 1 o jogo fica parado em 42% E depois de alguns segundos
    o jogo interrompe a instalação. Eu preciso de ajuda porfavor

    I have already tried to clean the disk in several ways, I have tried reinstalling the game but always ends up with the game stopping to install at 42%. The game asks me to switch to disk 1, and when I put the Disc 1 the game is stopped at 42% and after a

    Hey there Perll()

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully complete installation of your game. I can totally understand how this could be disheartening. If the previously posted troubleshooting steps did not resolve the problem, then I would suggest
    trying a soft factory reset. It's a reset to factory settings that does not uninstall any of your games/apps. Once you have determined that your network is connected alright (with an open NAT type) and you have all the sign-in information for your gamertags
    (as they will have to be redownloaded afterwards) follow the steps outlined in How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One
    and select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps.
