    I pre ordered this game back before it came out in 2018. Been able to play before but now im not able to play it. I uninstalled the app and tried to redownload it. But says i have to pay. Well i figured maybe something happened. So i looked this up in google and came across a forum in this community and seen that the guy issue was similar to mine. An ambassador said that you have to purchase online to play the game if you purchased it before. So i did but i get a message saying i already own the game. I dont see it in my library anymore. I cant download red dead redemption on my acct.

    When i go to purchase the ultimate edition i get error code, "Not sure what happened here. Please try again later."

    I don't see red dead redemption 2 under all owned games, same with a couple other games, but whats important is my red dead redemption 2. How do i play my game on my xbox if i cant even download it.

    I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is

    Thank you for reaching out to us about your issue!

    As of September 13, Red Dead Online has now been removed from Xbox Game Pass. Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode is downloadable content for Red Dead Online and was not included with Game Pass. Therefore, you would have had to purchase it in order to access it.

    For our users that have purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode and are no longer able to access it, you will have to purchase Red Dead Online as it is a requirement.

    Currently you are able to purchase Red Dead Online, Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode & Red Dead Redemption 2 (which bundles both the story mode and online)
