Red Dead Redemption 2 box not started

I have Red Dead Redemption 2, the box version, which hasn't been running for two days.
Earlier it worked. Other (digital) games work normally.

Restarting the console, reinstalling the game, deleting and adding an account did not help.

After inserting the game disc, the game image appears in full screen.
After that, the game loading screen should appear, and nothing appears, the TV shows the message "no signal".

I checked this for my and my brothers account and that is the result. Looks a little bit strange or? On My Account the Ultimate Edition is listed twice. I think this is not correct and on my brothers account ultimate edition is missing. Pre-Order Bonus is
correct, because i have it bought and my brother not.

Just to confirm, is it Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition or Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums, I'd be happy to help!

Let's try some other steps that you have not listed. Go ahead and do a
hard restart and power cycle to the console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then re-connect and wait 60 seconds before
turning on the Xbox.

If that doesn't help then you will need to try out a
soft factory reset.

Press the Xbox button on the controller to open the guide.
Scroll to the right and select System > Settings > System > Console info.
Select Reset console.

Make sure to select "Keep my games & apps" and have the correct account login information plus your Wi-Fi password ready if you connect wireless because you will need to re-add the account's that were on the Xbox and re-connect to your network during the
reset.

Try out the steps listed and let us know the results!
