Red dead online connectivity issues

Hi,

For the longest time, I've been unable to properly play Red Dead Online because of the dreaded error 0x20010006. I've tried all tips and tricks from the web, but the best I've gotten in 30 mins play. Otherwise, I'm lucky to play 10 mins. Does anyone know
any tricks that worked on Xbox?

You might live closer to the server then your friends. Rockstar is always having this problem

It might be with your connection, i have some friends that can barely even play 10 minutes but i can play fine. Try contacting rockstar about it they should be able to help

Are you sure it's not your connection? For example, when I had to use a hotspot, it seemed like I couldn't stay in a RDR2 lobby for more than a few minutes.

No. I have a wired connection and I have no other issues with other games. And since it's a common problem even with PS4, I think it's either server or hardware issue.

Have you tried to contact rockstar support and see if they have any more things you could try that you have not tried already.

Good ol' uninstall and reinstall seems to have worked, though I installed on my external HDD this time. Managed to play with out being kicked!
