Red bar in destiny

So I've been playing Destiny since release date on the xbox one. All of a sudden about 13 days ago I started red barring in destiny all the time. it happens at the tower in strikes and in the crucible. As for my internet I get 6mbps download and 0.6mbps
upload (its not the best internet but I've had the same internet for 6 years now) I've tried everything to fix the constant red bar nothing works I even bought a ethernet cable and still nothing fixes it. Now I am not the type of person to just play while
lagging mainly because I don't want to ruin other people's gaming time with my lag. Any one have any suggestions

I've been having issues today with Destiny I resetted everything and it's giving me red bar.

 

Help me report cheaters!

My friends and myself take cheaters very seriously. Red bar players sometimes are getting cheap kills and this makes the game unenjoyable. I enjoy playing Destiny with my buddies and we are always open to play with any player. Respect the game and respect

Sorry to hear it. If you are using other devices when you're playing then you could be experiencing the bad connections. Other devices include desktop or laptop computers, tablets or any other streaming device. Each device that is being used will take
away from your internet strength causing you to red bar.

Another reason you may be red barring could be related to who you're playing with. If you're playing with someone from a different country then you'll also experience lag.

Your best bet at the moment would be to consider looking into getting better internet. In the meantime, at the very least try power cycling your modem/router by unplugging for 10 seconds.

 

In addition to what was said, try reseating all your cables...
