    Recurring Purchases


    So I used to play xbox and I had recurring monthly payments for minecraft realms, and xbox ultimate, I since turned that off I believe in april or may but am continue to receive payments for that. I have logged in and out of my account looking for order history and it still claims may and april were the last charges to my account but my bank account is still being charged. What can I do or what should I do in this situation?

    In this situation you will have to try signing with all accounts you suspect you might have had the subscription set up on and check the orders history, or try contacting our support and they will be able to check the transactions on your account from their end Contact us | Xbox Support.

    Because it starts a recurring subscription, you need a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase. The Microsoft account balance cannot be used for a recurring subscription.

    Since that's a charge for a game, it's not a recurring payment. You would only have a recurring payment if you purchase a subscription for gold, game pass, EA Access.

    Online purchasing is one piece of the issue here, but do they allow for recurring payments? Payment methods for Xbox must allow this as they may be used to buy recurring Xbox LIVE subscriptions.

    Can you verify that you were charged the full price for the yearly subscription as well? It sounds like you purchased a one month recurring membership that will recur for one year.
