You can turn off auto-renewal at http://account.microsoft.com

There's currently a server outage https://support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

You would either have to sign into the account that has the subscriptions on it at account.microsoft.com/services and turn off the auto renew or contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them the information for the account
that has the subscription on it and they would be able to turn off the auto renew/ cancel it for you.

Sign in with your account at Xbox.com, then click your profile icon in the top right of the page.

- From the dropdown click the three dots and then Xbox Settings.

-That will take you to a page that has your Privacy & Online Safety Settings, from there you can toggle everything to 'Allow'.

Since you're on a child account, you might need to have a parent do that for you.

If you have a subscription you should be able to end it just before the renewal date

Please follow the steps below to turn off recurring billing.

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller and go to Profile & system > Settings.
   
2. Select Account > Subscriptions, and then choose the subscription you’d like to set up with recurring billing.
   
3. Select Turn off recurring billing
