Recurring messages from Microsoft Device Repair service

I have a power problem for an xbox x (in warranty), it won't turn on.

I've logged on to my Microsoft account and selected the device repair service.

Every time I submit an application the webpage returns with an error error message with a picture of a lollipop and a trace id code.

I have tried from different browsers and devices with the same message from each.

Customer support by web and phone is also returning error messages or sending me to the same piece of advice.

Is there another way to access the support and repair for a faulty console that is in warranty? Or this there a problem with my account?

Unfortunately the only way to submit a service order request is on your Microsoft account devices page.

If you are receiving this error when trying to register a device or submit a service order request with multiple browsers and on different devices, I think there is a problem with your account.

May I know which error are you receiving when trying to reach the support? Did you also try to reach support on different browsers?

Hello, SHAJUDDIN S. I'm sorry to hear that despite following the recommendation from Microsoft, the issue persists.

Unfortunately, if none of those methods worked, this means your console needs to be repaired. This information is available in the same article as well.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

Normally, repairs on the console are done by the Service Center. This requires you to ship up your device.

When doing this, you do not include any accessories such as cables or controller. If you are attempting to take this into a Microsoft Store, there is no guarantee that they have all the same resources the Services Center does, so yes, I
would have to recommend that you bring your accessories with you.

Alternatively, if it's only a week old, you should be able to just exchange it with the retailer you purchased it from.
