Recurring Charge on my bank account

You should review your purchases at
the Microsoft Account site (under Payments & billing) and use the information there to

request a refund on the Xbox Support site.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. Have you checked the
Order history to see if the charge is for a live subscription or any subscription. The charge itself is little off from pricing of subscriptions, it could of been a one time purchase made.

You can
request a refund for the charge if you like follow the hyperlink I provided. Keep in mind the refund process is all handled from specified agents so when you get an email stating anything about the refund, reply to that if have any further questions.

Hi thank you for your reply. No there is nothing in my order history. My bank said I needed to contact Microsoft to get it sorted as they must have my bank details stored.

This happened last year too so I’m guessing it is a recurring charge but not from my own Microsoft account.

Go to your account page and then go to Services and Subscriptions tab and turn off all recurring billing. When you sign up for Xbox Live or Game Pass recurring billing will be turn on by default by Microsoft. You might also talk to your bank about these
charges.
