Recurring Billing

Why do i have to turn Recuring Billing off every time i use a new game pass code and after 4 months of me turning it off every time i use a code now i have to pay a late fee sorta to chage my subscrtion i was going to use a 3 month xbox game pass ultimate code so i would not have to buy one every month like i have been doing due to me haveing to turn it off its like there trying to squeeze money out of me for forgeting to turn off reccuring billing yeah you do get a free month but still you have to pay for it by forgetting to turn off recuring billing i have gotten tired of haveing to turn off recurring billing yeah i get the purpuse of it at first i thougt it was good so i turned it on but my credit card got hacked and so i did not change my billing info to my new card so i had to pay that fee to change it to game pass ultimate now insted of one month i wanted to change to 3 months so i would not have to buy it every month so i can pay it its fine but i just been so annoyed about it that thay try to squeeze money out of pepole due to you having to pay a subscription to play online why not just make you if you want to buy game pass or ea play if you want to and make gold free
