    The date now is January 15th 2021. I have just been billed £49.99 again but I cancelled my XBox Gold account after the last billing in January 2020 as my son hasn`t used his XBox for nearly 3years. How do I get a refund as this is
    outrageous!! I am self employed and since the lockdown, work has been very scarce so every damn penny counts. Will someone PLEASE answer this question as I can`t be the only person to that this has happened to.

    HOW DO I GET A REFUND?????
