Recurring billing

Okay startthis off i solved my problem it no biggy but heres whats going on. Coupleonths back i bought a realm on minecraft with recurring billing np at all but trail ran out and charged me for next mo th and month after no problem realm still working
good but on month i didnt have enought money in my bank amd ot couldnt charge me and it cancel my realm so i didnt think much about it but realm was off that no problem so i figure next month just pay it and have my realm back sense i paid realm two time or
three and my realm never came back online or hasnt it allowed me back on or for me toake a new on with my subscription i got and paided for i geuss sesne store amd game work togather but theh are seprate from each other and i believe that how problem accured
but solved problem turn off recurring billing and not be charged for 3 months that it dosnt even give it to me so stop paying somple fix but it seem to be a problem to me and thought let yall kniw and see how helpful this is to people

Go into your account settings and click on 'services and subscriptions" then turn off auto renewal so you stop getting billed automatically.

I had a different email and a live subscription but can't remember it and they charging my card how can I retrieve my other account

I'm sorry about that. If it's an incoming charge and you have done the steps below to turn off the recurring billing then it should automatically expire on the expiration date.

Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

Under the section Subscriptions, select View all subscriptions, and then select Manage next to the subscription that you want to cancel.

Select Cancel subscription or Turn off recurring billing. Disabling recurring billing will grant you the benefits of your subscription for the remainder of the payment cycle without billing you again for a renewal.

Once it expires, you can just use the gift card balance to purchase a subscription.

Well, I don't know how it's a past due account when it's just coming due. I'll just close this account and figure out what I'm going to do. Thanks Ron.

It's best to create your own thread for assistance. If it's $1.00 even it's most likely not a charge for Live. It sounds more like a verification charge if you tried to make a purchase with a new card. Those typically drop off on their own usually within
24-48 hours. If it is an actual charge for something on Live, you should be able to see the order listed at http://commerce.microsoft.com and you can submit a refund
request if needed.
