Recurring Billing Xbox live gold

Microsoft says I owe money for a xbox ultimate subscription but I just got my xbox a few months ago and have only used prepaid cards for xbox live. I have never used a credit card or paypal and they don't even have that info as I never set up any other
payment plan. I bought another xbox live prepaid card but now won't accept it. Any way to fix this?

can't find auto renewal to turn it off only turn off recurring billing "Turn off recurring billing for Xbox Live Gold?You'll lose these benefits on 1/24/2022 if you turn off recurring billing. Thx for the reply btw

HI i have an issue with the recurring billing/expiration date. I bought a 12 month Xbox Live Gold card and redeemed t tonight.

The system acknowledges it was redeemed tonight but shows a recurring billing billing date of 9/1/2020. How can this be?

Umm to upgrade to xgu you do need a creditcard on file yoi do know that right?

Because the 1 dollar upgrade is a reoccuring subscription at 15 bucks a month

Fyi when you are suspended for payment options you sre 21days into.the membership

The only way to lift the suspension is to pay off the balance and then call support for a refund if thsts your wish

Prepaid cards cant lift a suspensions

If you want to ensure that you will not be billed after your trial ends, be sure to check under your account “Services & Subscriptions” settings that recurring billing is turned off for Xbox Live Gold.

Hello! You must log in the account that has active the xbox live gold membership and go to "Services & subscriptions" and there you can turn off recurring billing
